Brienne-le-Château houses two museums:
The Napoleon Museum, installed in the former royal military school, traces the Emperor's three visits to the city, his childhood at the military school (1779-1884), the period 1805 and the French Campaign of 1814. It recounts the three key phases of Napoleon's life, dawn, apogee, twilight, and bears witness to the deep attachment that man had for Brienne. This is evidenced by the city's heritage, with its Classified Monuments, partly realized through Bonaparte's legacy.
A Napoleon-1814 circuit allows you to discover regional sites where terrible battles were fought, using 25 stelae recounting anecdotes linked to these places.
The Churches Treasure Museum exhibits paintings, sculptures, and sacred art pieces, goldsmithery from the churches of the Regional Natural Park of the Forest of Orient in the former Carmelite sisters' chapel dating back to 1840.
