Information, Opening and Departure Times for Visits:
Open from the first day of February school holidays to November 11.
Audio Guide: French, English, German, Dutch, Spanish, and Catalan.
July-August: Visit departures at 10:15/11:00/11:45/12:30/13:15/14:00. Afternoon departures are regular from 14:00 to 18:00 (Guided Tours).
February-March / October until November 11: From 14:00 to 16:30.
April/May/June/September: From 10:00 to 17:30.
January/December: Closed except for group reservations (>20 pers.).
Practical Information:
Visit duration: 1 hour; photos and videos allowed.
Constant temperature: 14°C in summer as well as winter
Large free parking, café, souvenir shop, mineral sales, regional products.
